Labyrinth Structure
- Frame integrated with the thermal insulation panel through the high-pressure polyurethane foam of the density of 50kg/m3.
- Connection between panels enabled by tenon structure
Inside steel frame with double side reinforcements at each joint (as illustrated in the figure below), provide a good solution for unit rigidity
Low Air Leakage
- The patented labyrinth seal frame structure and the connection by bolts is designed to reduce the air leakage.
- 39TD use tenon connection, which can decrease 12 air leakage edges from the unit, and further reduce the air leakage rate.
Anti Cold-bridge
Thermal insulation with excellent heat-insulating property prevent dew formation on the unit panel
Quiet Operation
- Labyrinth structure of 39TD has good sealing property, so the noise is difficult to transfer to outside of unit.
